Ben Neumann is an award winning entrepreneur & cocktail mixologist, revolutionising the Australian cocktail catering landscape over the last 10 years through a series of well-known drinks catering companies – including Liquid Infusion.  Liquid premium is the flagship service of his drinks empire enabling a level of service for a particular clientele who appreciate the finer things in life.

Anthony Munroe  - HEAD BARTENDER

Anthony is a well known identity in the bar industry all around the world. His internationally award winning cocktail recipes and expert knowledge of drinks and bar-tending makes him the perfect candidate to lead a team of dedicated bartenders.

Liquid premium are very particular about the products we use in our cocktails. All our fruits, spices and condiments are handpicked by our head bartender from the markets , all products are locally sourced if possible. Hard to find alcohol and liquors from around the word are sourced to create as accurate and unique a drinking experience as possible. Everything has been thought of – from the style of the glass to the production of the drinks itself.  We smoke our own limes, fresh press our own fruit juice and spare no effort to ensure only the best possible flavor will emerge from any drink  we create.
